Plantar Fasciitis is a painful condition of the heel which effects thousands of men every year. It is noted with the pain first step in the morning. There are many treatments that can be used for Plantar Fasciitis including but not limited too: Orthotics, Night Splints, Motrin, Injections and Stretching. One of the easiest ways to help ease the symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis is to change your shoe gear. Now, dress shoes are not the best shoes for treating Plantar Fasciitis. Obviously a New Balance sneaker or something like that is superior to dress shoes. But most people have to wear dress shoes to work. One option is to wear orthotics in your dress shoe.
However, if orthotics do not work for you, another option is to change your shoe. What do you look for in a dress shoe that is effective for Plantar Fasciits? First thing is you want padding to help cushion the plantar fascia so it no longer suffers the trauma brought about by poor shock absorption.
