It used to be if you wear orthotics for whatever reason: flat feet, plantar fasciitis or foot pain, you had to take them off when you ice skated. Well now that is no longer the case because a company has finally designed an orthotic that can be worn when ice skating. While it is technically a hockey orthotic, it is basically designed specifically to go into an ice skate. This is great in that it can be a supplemental orthotic to wear when you are ice skating. It is perforated too, to avoid any such odor issues. This should be a long lasting orthotic.
