As a waiter you are on your feet alot. Sometimes that requires you to wear orthotics to help with flat feet, plantar fasciitis or the myriad of foot conditions that waiters encounter. The first thing to look for in orthotic friendly waiter shoes is a removable insole. That should be your number one requirement. Other things to look for include a shoe with good depth, but the number one item to look for in waiter shoes that are orthotic friendly is a removable insole.
