As a nurse you are on your feet alot. Sometimes that requires you to wear orthotics to help with flat feet, plantar fasciitis or the myriad of foot conditions that nurses encounter. The first thing to look for in orthotic friendly nursing shoes is a removable insole. That should be your number one requirement.
