Do Ingrown Toenail shots hurt?

The answer is yes the shots hurt, just as much as any other shots.  You will feel a prick sensation when the needle punctures the skin and then you will feel pressure as the doctor injects the anesthetic.  What I recommend is bring something to read or play a game on your phone while you are undergoing the shots as that will distract you and lessen the pain.  Also, ask the doctor to use a cold spray (most Podiatrists have it).  This will also decrease your discomfort and you will not feel the pinch as much.
