Your arches are falling and you need to stop it. What you need is arch support, solid arch support. You have to be careful when shopping for insoles or orthotics as some on the market will not provide enough arch support. When looking for an orthotic for falling arch the key is solid arch support that will not wilt over time. Below I have listed what I believe are the best insoles or orthotics for someone suffering from falling arches or flat feet:
Superfeet Orthotics– What I like about these orthotics is they are specifically made for people with flat feet or fallen arches. Superfeet has orthotics for high arches, and fallen arches like flat feet. The other advantage is that these orthotics are capable of combining comfort with arch support. Some orthotics provide solid arch support but are uncomfortable. Superfeet is able to defeat this problem.
Powerstep Orthotic– Probably my favorite orthotic for people with falling arches. This orthotic has a polyprolene shell with a poron top cover to help comfort the orthotic. These orthotics are some of the most commonly dispensed by Podiatrists, and are reasonably priced. This is the ideal orthotic in my opinion to provide arch support while also providing comfort to your foot.
