Best Orthotics for Cross Training

Cross Training puts an immense amount of stress and discomfort on the feet. One way to combat this pain is via orthotics or insoles. But which are the best to hold up to the daily grind that is cross training?  Below I have listed what I believe are the best orthotics and insoles for cross training:

Spenco Cross Training Polysorb Insoles–  Specifically designed with the cross trainer in mind, these orthotics are ahead of its time in regards to shock absorption and reducing stress on the foot.  If you are looking for arch support you may find better orthotics on the market.  But from a strictly shock absorption platform these orthotics are superior to most anything else on the market.

Superfeet Orthotics or Insoles–  These orthotics are designed with the athlete in mind.  The one advantage these orthotics have over other orthotics is they are designed for specific foot types from flat feet to high arches. Each color is for a different shoe type.  Additionally, they provide both arch support as well as shock absorption very effectively.
