Finding the correct Ice Skates when you have flat feet can be difficult. One of the problems with ice skates is they have arches molded into the skates. These arches when placed with flat feet can cause the feet to ache and tire after just minutes of Ice skating. What a person with flat feet needs in an Ice skate, is a skate with a low arch that does not place stress and strain on the foot. There are many different brands of Ice Skates. Below I listed what I believe are the best Ice Skates for people with flat feet.
Riedell RS Figure Skates Wide– These Ice Skates have minimal arch and are wide as well. One of the issues people with flat feet have is their feet are wider then normal. Thus a wide ice skate like this one will comfortably fit their foot.
Reebok 9K Ice Skates– These skates I feel have the ideal arch for someone with a flat foot, very mild with moderate support. These are my favorite skates if you have flat feet to purchase due to their arch construction.
