Best Florsheim Shoes for Bunion Sufferers

Looking for a Florsheim shoe when you have a bunion is not easy as they tend to be on the tight side as shoes go.  However, there are some Florsheim shoes that are more comfortable for people with bunions than others.  When you are shopping for a shoe and you have a bunion, you want to look for a shoe with two traits. One: does the shoe come in a larger width size? If it comes in a larger size it will be easier to for the shoe to comfortably fit your bunion.  Secondly, you want a shoe with a large toe box. The larger the toe box the larger the room to accomodate your bunion.  Florsheim has a couple of shoes that fit these criteria:

Florsheim Lexington Oxford–  This shoe is available in a larger size. However, the toe box here is not ideal for bunion sufferers.  I included it here so you can contrast this shoe with the toe boxes of other shoes that I will show you.  But, if you think just getting a wider shoe should suffice for your bunion, this shoe is a wonderful candidate.

Florsheim Noval Oxford–   This is what I am talking about when I speak of large toe boxes. As you can see just by looking at this shoe there is ample room in the forefoot and the toe box for even the most extreme bunion deformity.  This shoe is also available in a larger size so it fits the criteria of a shoe when you have a bunion deformity.

Florsheim Riva Loafers– Again focus on the toe box. I hate to be repetitive but there are two main traits to look for: toe box and fit to width

Florsheim Noble Oxford– Again this checks both boxes.
