People are nervous and scared due to the Coronavirus or COVID. This is only natural. Plantar Warts are very common and as most people know plantar warts are caused by a Virus. But good news, Plantar Warts are caused by Viruses of the HPV or Human Pappilomavirus which is a completely different family of viruses than COVID. The virus is no relation and has no interaction.
Additionally, just because you have plantar warts does not make you more at risk of developing the Coronavirus than anybody else. Plantar Warts are their own thing and they have nothing in common with COVID. Rest assured. Do not worry. HPV and COVID have nothing to do with each other.
