What do you look for in a cheerleading shoe for a cheerleader with flat feet? You want a shoe that provides strong arch support, but not high arch support as that will cause your feet to fatigue and have pain. You also want a shoe that will contour to the specific shape of your foot. In other words a shoe that will not force an arch on a foot that does not have one. Remember, you want a shoe that will support the arch you have. There is not a shoe on the market that will give you an arch. Below I have listed what I believe are the best cheerleading shoes for flat feet:
Zephrz Cheerleading Shoe- This shoe features a dual density EVA midsole. EVA is a wonderful material in that it will contour to the individual shape of your foot and at the same time provide you arch support. If you have flat feet, I encourage you to look for EVA in every shoe you purchase.
Evolution– This shoe is actually designed with an insole to match the contours of an individual foot. Their insole provides arch support as well as comfort, making this an ideal shoe for a cheerleader with a flat foot.
If you are looking for another version of the Zephrz this Rumble shoe here also has an EVA midsole as well. I think I lean slightly to preferring this shoe but it is close.
