Best Clogs for Flat Feet

What are the best clogs for flat feet?  What do you look for in a clog for flat feet?  These are common questions asked by people everyday.  The answers are simple: You want a clog that will contour to the shape of your foot while providing arch support.  A clog with a high arch will just cause your foot discomfort and soreness.   Ideally, you would want a lateral heel counter to help restrict pronation which tends to be the force that causes flat feet.  Below I have posted some examples of Clogs that I think are effective for flat feet:

Birkenstock Philadelphia Super Grip–  This clog features two traits making it ideal for flat feet: A footbed that curves to give arch support with a shock absorbing cork, as well as a Neutral Heel Cup which will place your heel in the correct position thus reducing a great deal of pronation.

Dansko Unisex Professional Clog–  This shoe features a heel counter mentioned earlier to help preserve stability and resist pronation and torque.

Merrell Encore Bypass–  On this clog two features stand out. One is a compression EVA footframe to help absorb shock.  But most of all it features an Ortholite anatomic arch support with a Nylon arch shank that delivers arch support.

Crocs Rx Ultimate Cloud–  This clog differs from other Crocs in that it has Crosslite material in the footbed that also provides arch support.  If you want to get a Croc and have flat feet this is the one I would get.

Keen Utility PTC Slip On II–  This shoe features an EVA midsole and I think clogs with EVA are always a good bet if you have flatfeet, due to the fact the EVA will contour to the shape of your foot.
