Best Baseball Cleats for Power Hitting

So you want to hit more home runs and you think your cleats are holding you back.  The answer is they are probably not. What cleat you wear will have little effect on whether you hit a home run or hit with more power.  Now are some cleats better for power hitting than others? The answer to that would be yes.  So what cleats are best for power hitting? You want to look for a couple of things. Deep stabile spikes are important to ensure traction; the more stabile your foot is the greater force you can generate in your swing.  The other trait to look for is a stabile cleat. A stabile cleat will provide support and strength during your swing.  This support and stability will allow your legs to power through the swing.  Below I have posted a couple examples of some baseball cleats that will help with power hitting:

Reebok Zig Cooperstown baseball cleat– This cleat stands out for the toe traction that it offers in the cleat. This provides stability to the toe area.  So, during your swing this will allow greater stability and torque to power through your swing.

Mizuno 9 Spike Classic–  Sometimes the math is simple; more spikes, more traction, stronger swing.  This cleat provides strong lateral stability from its 9 spike configuration.

Adidas Performance  Adizero Baseball Shoe–  This shoe has a pro trax 5 by 3 cleat design which provides strong rotational stability.  Rotational stability is the key to a strong baseball swing.
