Crocs Bistro clogs have become very popular in the restaurant industry mainly due to Mario Batali. There are different forms and models of Croc Bistro Clogs to choose from. Below I have attempted to explain the differences between the clogs. Personally, I believe the differences are fairly minor.
One is the basic model, the Bistro Classic ,simple and with no bells and whistles. This Croc will get the job done in most cases, and tends to be a couple dollars more inexpensive.
Bistro Vent– This has the added feature of ventilation for your feet, so your feet do not overheat. If your issue is with sweaty feet at the end of the day, or you feet just seem to retain moisture, this would be the Croc for you.
Bistro Mario Batali Vent– This really is the Vent Croc with Mario Batali’s name, and also more expensive. If you were to do a blind test and stand in both crocs you would not be able to tell the difference.
Crocs Bistro Pro– This is the rolls royce of the Bistro line. The footbed tends to have more padding, and the back strap is not as tight and unyielding. If you have failed with Crocs before it maybe worth it to spend an extra couple of bucks for the Crocs Bistro Pro.
