If you want to try something see a Podiatrist and get a prescription for oral medication such as Cymbalta or Lyrica which have demonstrated to be successful in treating Neuropathy in clinical trials, or try one of the many creams that utilize Capsacin to help with the pain such as this:
But do not waste money on magnets.
